Film Buiding

An immersive team-building experience where teams create their own short film from concept to screen, guided by a professional director. It’s a hands-on, collaborative journey that boosts creativity, communication, and team spirit, all while delivering a memorable final result

Step 1 : Writing

Guided by professional film directors, participants experience every stage of the filmmaking process. Divided into teams, they begin by developing a concept, creating characters, and writing the script. Everyone can contribute according to their interests and strengths, whether in acting, directing, scriptwriting, technical production, or organisation.

Step 2 : Shooting

Once the concept is finalised, it’s time to start filming. With cameras in hand, teams bring their stories to life in a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere. The director supports participants throughout, sharing expert advice and ensuring the artistic quality of the project, while encouraging each individual’s creativity.

Step 3 : Editing

The activity concludes with the editing phase by the directors, where the film truly comes to life. This stage adds rhythm, emotion, and a professional finish to each production, including dynamic cuts, a carefully selected narrative soundtrack, opening titles, end credits, and sometims a fun blooper reel capturing the best behind-the-scenes moments.

Step 4 : Enjoy

Depending on the package, the experience culminates in a final screening that showcases the teams’ work, at the end of the evening, after dinner. This enjoyable moment provides an opportunity to celebrate achievements, share emotions, and strengthen connections between colleagues.
